Responsible for managing the complete CNC machine shop, including production planning, machine utilization, manpower, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily CNC machining activities.
Manage CNC turning, VMC, HMC and other machining operations.
Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
Allocate jobs and manpower based on production priorities.
Monitor machine utilization, cycle times, tool life and productivity.
Coordinate with CAD/CAM, Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling and programming-related issues.
Ensure proper setting, tooling and process parameters.
Reduce rejection, rework, downtime and machining costs.
Maintain production records and shop-floor discipline.
Train and guide CNC operators, setters and programmers.
Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
