Stipend: Unpaid About the Internship Pehchaan The Street School is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our HR & Volunteer Management team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, volunteer management, employee engagement, and HR operations within a non-profit organization. The selected interns will work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience while contributing to a meaningful social cause.

Key Responsibilities Post internship/job opportunities on relevant job portals.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Assist with the onboarding process and related HR procedures.

Maintain HR databases and records.

Collect and maintain weekly feedback from interns and volunteers.

Conduct team-building and volunteer engagement activities.

Participate in training sessions conducted by Pehchaan.

Assist the HR team with other recruitment and volunteer-management activities as required.





Skills & Requirements Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic negotiation and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Ability to work responsibly in a remote workplace.

Enthusiasm for working with volunteers and contributing to a social cause.
