Role & Responsibilities:
Handle insurance enquiries and customer requirements.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple insurance companies.
Coordinate for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and documentation.
Follow up with customers for quotation conversion and renewals.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for smooth processing.
Maintain daily MIS, lead status and policy records.
Handle customer queries and provide post-policy support.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal insurance processes.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably with an insurance broker/company. Positive knowledge of Motor Insurance, insurer portals, quotations, policy issuance, Excel and customer handling preferred.
