We are seeking a senior D365 Customer Insights (CI) Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience and prior implementation exposure in the Insurance domain. This is a 6-month offshore engagement (India) with a likely extension, starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
Set up the D365 CI application and core out-of-the-box configurations
Support a reference data load into CI using fully mapped data provided by the client s Databricks source
Assist with minimal custom table creation, if required during the engagement
Provide test support and execute business-led campaign creation and data-load activities as project momentum dictates
Work full time for the duration of the engagement; priorities will be driven by the client
5+ years as a D365 CI Functional Consultant with end-to-end implementation experience
Previous implementation experience in the Insurance domain (preferred)
Ability to support data loads and custom table creation alongside core functional work
Availability to support the US EST team, working during US hours until at least 2:00 PM EST
