Job Title: Operations Manager – Hotel / Resort

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the overall hotel/resort operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining high service standards, maximizing guest satisfaction, and achieving operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Guest Relations
Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints
Monitor occupancy, revenue, departmental performance, and operational costs
Implement and maintain hotel SOPs and service standards
Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, and Marketing teams to improve occupancy and revenue
Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and manpower requirements
Control operational expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, statutory, and hospitality standards
Conduct regular operational reviews and prepare MIS/KPI reports
Drive initiatives to improve guest experience,



service quality, and operational efficiency

Skills Required:
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent guest relations and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of hotel/resort operations
Budgeting, cost control, and revenue management knowledge
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of PMS such as Opera, IDS, or similar systems

Qualification & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
8–15 years of experience in hotel/resort operations
3–5 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role

Preferred Experience:
Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, boutique properties, villas, or premium hospitality brands
Solid exposure to Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Guest Relations, Reservations, and Revenue Management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
