We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Laboratory Technician to join our healthcare / diagnostic team. The Lab Technician will perform routine laboratory tests, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate reporting of results while following all safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures
Collect, label, and process patient specimens
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
Record and analyze test results accurately
Ensure proper storage of samples and chemicals
Follow laboratory safety guidelines and protocols
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab
Assist physicians and healthcare staff with diagnostic testing
Maintain documentation and reports as required
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) / DMLT / BMLT / Life Sciences
Valid certification or license (if required by state/country)
Experience in clinical / diagnostic laboratory preferred
Knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures
Valuable communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology tests
Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
Solid attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
