Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full time Eternity Australia Optical is looking for an experienced and responsible E-commerce & Business Operations Manager to manage and coordinate our India back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with the web developer for website development, improvements and regular updates.
Ensure that all important website content, product information, prices, banners and policies are correctly maintained.
Manage Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplace accounts.
Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, orders and customer queries.
Handle sales reporting, stock control and inventory management.
Coordinate with warehouse, delivery partners, vendors and other service providers.
Monitor online orders, returns, refunds and dispatches.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Support the management in expanding the brand across India.
Take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the Indian office.





Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or business operations.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce or other e-commerce websites.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Strong organisational, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Candidate must be honest, responsible and able to work independently.

Salary ₹15000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Interested candidates can send their CV with their current salary, expected salary and notice period.
