Responsibilities

Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive revenue growth in global markets. Identify and expand business prospects across Latin America, USA, SAARC, and APAC regions.

Build and manage strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.

Lead market entry strategies, channel development, and key account management.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to align business strategies.

Manage end-to-end export operations including pricing, negotiations, contracts, and order execution.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, and quality) to ensure timely delivery and compliance with international standards.

Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, documentation, and export compliance. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products.

Drive brand positioning and business development initiatives in target markets.





Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Strong product knowledge of cables and/or conductors is mandatory.

Proven expertise in international sales and export management.

In-depth understanding of global markets including Latin America, USA, SAARC, and APAC regions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural management skills.

Experience Required:

Minimum 12+ years of experience in international sales/export business in cable or conductor industry.

Demonstrated success in handling global markets and achieving sales targets.

Pay: Up to ₹7,000,000.00 per year
