Process employee additions, deletions, and corrections (endorsements)
Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams
Track and close client requests within defined timelines (SLAs)
Maintain and update data in Excel/Google Sheets
Follow up on pending requests and resolve issues proactively
Support client servicing and escalation handling

Graduates only (college pass-outs); current students are NOT eligible

Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience only
Comfortable working full time from office
Strong attention to detail and willingness to do execution-heavy work
Positive Excel/Google Sheets skills
