We are hiring a Project Manager for a leading High-Rise Residential Construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-rise residential projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Supervise site execution and resolve technical and operational challenges.
Monitor contractor performance, billing, and material utilization.
Implement safety policies and ensure statutory compliance at project sites.
Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management.
Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement,



and timely project completion.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
PMP certification or M.Tech in Construction Management is an added advantage.

Experience
8–15 years of experience in high-rise residential building construction.
Proven experience in managing large residential projects from foundation to handover.
