CSR Strategy Development: Develop and implement CSR strategies specifically tailored to transmission projects, focusing on sustainable development, community engagement, and environmental stewardship. Ensure that all CSR activities align with corporate objectives, local regulations, and the needs of the communities where transmission projects are located.
Community Engagement Development:
Identify and engage with local communities affected by transmission projects. Design and execute programs that improve the socio-economic conditions of these communities, such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, and skill development. Facilitate public consultations to understand community concerns and address them in project plans.
