Key Responsibilities
Manage overall procurement and purchasing operations for food, beverages, packaging, kitchen supplies, equipment, and operational materials.
Develop procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers as per business requirements.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and supply agreements with vendors.
Ensure timely issuance and tracking of purchase orders and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and store teams for forecasting and procurement planning.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted availability of stock across outlets.
Control procurement budgets, food costs, and operational expenses through effective sourcing practices.
Track vendor performance and maintain solid supplier relationships.
Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sourcing options.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit standards.
Coordinate with finance teams for invoice verification, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate MIS reports, procurement records, and inventory documentation.




Handle emergency purchasing requirements and resolve supply-related issues efficiently.

Eligibility & Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional certification in Procurement/Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
Experience in hospitality, café chains, or the restaurant industry is preferred.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills and positive understanding of inventory control and supply chain operations.
Expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, and procurement planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement management software.
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail with robust documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational workplace and valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
