We are looking for a Personal Branding & PR Specialist to build executive visibility, strengthen Miror’s thought leadership, and amplify our public narrative across media and digital platforms.
This role is responsible for positioning Miror’s founders and leadership as credible voices in women’s health while driving strategic media coverage and institutional visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Personal Branding
Develop and execute founder positioning strategy
Craft LinkedIn narratives, thought leadership posts, and opinion pieces
Build a consistent and credible executive voice
Public Relations & Media Outreach
Identify and secure earned media opportunities
Write press releases, media pitches, and editorial submissions
Manage journalist relationships and media follow-ups
Institutional & Stakeholder Visibility
Leverage partnerships (NHM, IMS, etc.) to enhance authority
Position founders for speaking opportunities, panels, and events
Brand Narrative & Messaging
Ensure all external communication aligns with Miror’s tone and mission
Maintain consistent storytelling across channels
Market & Media Landscape Monitoring
Track competitor narratives and industry trends
Identify high-impact visibility opportunities
Crisis & Reputation Management
Support strategic communication during sensitive situations
Protect and strengthen brand credibility
Reporting & Impact Tracking
Track media placements, engagement metrics, and visibility growth
Provide insights to refine PR strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
5 years experience in Personal Branding, PR, or Corporate Communications
Demonstrated experience positioning founders/executives
Solid writing and storytelling ability
Proven track record of securing earned media
Robust LinkedIn and digital narrative understanding
Ability to operate independently and own campaigns end-to-end
Interest in healthcare, wellness, or impact-driven brands
