We are looking for a Registered Staff Nurse for our Hospital.
Qualification- GNM or Bsc. Nursing
Experience- 1 to 2 year
Job Type- Full Time
Role and Responsibilities-
Assess patient health conditions, record vital signs, and monitor changes or adverse reactions to medications.
Prepare patients for treatments, and assist doctors/surgeons during examinations and minor procedures.
Safely administer treatments and medications as prescribed, while monitoring patients for side effects.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical health care records and reports.
Provide emotional support and transparent communication to patients and their families regarding care plans.
Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, infection control guidelines, and safety standards.
