Key ResponsibilitiesData Inputting: Transcribing information from paper documents, audio recordings, or handwritten notes into digital spreadsheets, databases, or CRM platforms.
Data Verification: Reviewing entered data for errors, missing values, or typos by cross-checking it with original source documents.
Database Maintenance: Updating existing customer or product records and purging old, duplicate, or corrupted files.
Information Retrieval: Sourcing and compiling specific data points from various systems upon request from management or other departments.
Confidentiality: Adhering to strict data privacy policies and security protocols to safeguard sensitive corporate or customer information.
