Required Qualifications:
Diploma in EEE
Minimum 1 year in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) Industry
Minimum 1 year of work experience in PCB testing, soldering, and electronic device assembly.
Proficiency in troubleshooting PCB faults and identifying solutions.
Demonstrated ability to solder components accurately and conduct multimeter testing.
Experience in maintaining production documentation and ensuring data accuracy.
Familiarity with 5S principles, Quality Alert procedures, Flash reports, and precision instruments.
Robust computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly with colleagues.
