Nibhi Industries Private Limited is seeking a energetic Production Manager to manage production of fibre cement roofing sheets in our Sigiri Roofing Plant in Puttalam District, Sri Lanka.

Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Chemistry
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor in a fibre cement sheet plant
Robust knowledge of production, maintenance, and quality control
Proven ability in process troubleshooting, waste reduction, and quality improvement
Experience managing and leading teams. Team player. Willing to guide and mentor team members.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English and Tamil (Sinhala preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




Must be willing to relocate to Puttalam District, Sri Lanka.
