Identify and approach potential B2B customers and business partners across Hyderabad.
Develop relationships with travel agencies, Hajj & Umrah operators, travel consultants and other relevant businesses.
Generate current leads through field visits, referrals, networking and direct business development.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and explain HajiSim products, plans and business opportunities.
Convert prospective businesses into active HajiSim customers, resellers or partners.
Develop and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Outdoor Sales & Consultation
Conduct regular field visits across Hyderabad.
Meet prospective clients and provide product/business consultations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HajiSim plans.
Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion.
Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers.
Team & Sales Management
Coordinate with the internal sales and customer service teams.
Track leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales performance.
Provide regular sales reports to management.
Identify high-potential areas and customer segments in Hyderabad.
Support the company in developing recent sales channels and distribution opportunities.
Customer & Partner Relationship Management
Ensure smooth coordination between HajiSim and B2B partners.
Address basic partner concerns and coordinate with operations/customer service for resolution.
Maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
