Responsibilities
Responsible to recruit recent agents.
Responsible to activate agents as per set organisation standard.
Responsible to meet GWP targets through Motor and Non-Motor products.
Responsible for retention as per set organisation standard.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years' of experience in Agency.
Knowledge of SME product will be added extra weightage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill .
