Education: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
Experience: 1 to 2
Job Location: Factory at, Sojitra , Dist – Anand , Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify recent APIs or improve existing ones, keeping abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements
Design and develop robust formulations for APIs, considering factors such as stability, bioavailability, and manufacturing feasibility
Optimize manufacturing processes for API synthesis to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards throughout the R&D; process, including the preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
