Role & responsibilities
Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Developing recent programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Creating and managing long-term goals.
Lead the efforts for indigenization and localization
Responsible for obtaining business licenses with MHA, MoD and other govt agencies
Responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives such as representation in business expos and conferences
Developing a budget and operating plan for the department.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, delivery, and quality.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.




Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Working on strategy with the management
Proposal & Bid Management

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business/engineering or related field.
Proven experience in program management.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
Understanding of project/program management.
Exposure to SAP Sales & Distribution
