Responsible for leading the R&D; function, driving innovation, current product development, product engineering, technology advancement, and product quality for consumer electronics and home appliance products.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the R&D; and Product Development teams
Drive Recent Product Development (NPD) from concept to commercialization
Develop product roadmaps based on market trends and customer requirements
Oversee product design, prototyping, testing, validation, and certification
Drive technology innovation, product enhancement, and cost optimization
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
Ensure products comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Conduct technology benchmarking and competitor analysis
Manage engineering changes, technical documentation, and product lifecycle activities
Lead, mentor, and develop senior engineering and R&D; teams

Skills Required:
Strong expertise in R&D;, product development, and engineering




In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics / home appliance technologies
Expertise in NPD, product design, testing, and validation
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Qualification & Experience:
BE/B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline
15–20+ years of experience in R&D; / Product Development
5–8+ years in a senior R&D; leadership position

Preferred Experience:
Experience in large consumer electronics or home appliance organizations such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Haier, Panasonic, Godrej, Voltas, Blue Star, or similar companies
Solid exposure to products such as Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, TVs, or other consumer electronics
Experience managing large-scale R&D; teams and multiple product development programs

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month
