Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in day-to-day project tracking and coordination.
Maintain Jira boards or project tracking tools; update statuses, document sprint progress, and follow up on pending tasks.
Prepare project documentation such as MoMs, status reports, release notes, and dashboards.
Coordinate internal meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Assist in tracking timelines, resource allocation, and risks.
Follow up with team members to ensure task completion as per sprint goals.
Communicate minor updates and blockers to stakeholders, escalating when needed.
Help ensure adherence to delivery processes and internal QA checkpoints.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Certification or training in project management (Scrum, PMP, or Agile foundations).
Exposure to client interactions or offshore coordination.
Self-starter with a willingness to learn
Team player with positive interpersonal skills; organized and process-driven
Able to work under supervision and handle multiple tasks
