Generate leads through online and offline marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Promote property listings via digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising (flyers, brochures, etc.)
Conduct property presentations and virtual tours to showcase features and perks effectively
Follow up with leads and maintain an active client database using CRM tools
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close deals successfully
Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and real estate events to build visibility and attract prospects
Work with marketing teams to create compelling content, videos, and promotional materials
Understand buyer psychology and tailor sales pitches to different client segments
Collect market feedback to adjust pricing and promotional strategies when necessary
