Coordinator (1+ year of Experience) (Must be from the IT field).

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across various departments
Coordinate between development teams, designers, testers, and clients to ensure timely communication
Track project progress, identify potential delays, and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates
Organize and participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
Ensure projects align with client expectations and defined objectives
Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Monitor project risks and issues; escalate as needed to the project manager or leadership
Work with tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management software
Maintain clear and qualified communication with clients regarding progress and deliverables

Requirements
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science,



Management, or a related field
0 2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles in the IT industry
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common IT terminologies
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment
Analytical thinking with basic technical understanding to interact with developers and QA teams
Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
