ROLE OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE
Implement and use the designed sampling process.
To perform transactional quality in the given TAT.
Monitor process quality check audits
Ensure that the QA process meets the ISO Compliance
Assist the Operations team in the customer compliant & resolution process for the team.
Develop and maintain Client and internal stakeholder relationship
Drive best practice/idea sharing
Preparation of Quality Standard Documentation for the process and update it on a regular basis with regards to any changes
Conducting effective Quality sessions to enhance quality
Support in YB or GB projects
Highlight any potential risk or exceptions in the process.
Leading client calls.

Perform Quality checks for the number of samples agreed with agreed TAT
Timely resolution of client queries
Highlight any key exceptions or severe alerts
Drive Continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure that the QA process meets the ISO Compliance
Attend Training as per BPET roadmap for self-development
Ensure completion of the Internal and External Calibration sessions
Job Location- Bangalore -WFO only
Shift- US shift (5:30pm to 2:30am)
