About the Role We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales for our full-home interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong customer handling, sales conversion, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end sales for full-home interior projects.
Generate, follow up, and convert qualified leads.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and project expectations.
Conduct customer meetings and present suitable interior solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
Maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Guide and support Sales Executives in achieving targets.
Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth project handover.
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify referral and new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For - 3–5 years of sales experience,
preferably in interior/home improvement sales.
Solid customer handling and relationship-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good team coordination and leadership skills.
Strong time management and professionalism.
Experience in full-home interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, home décor, or related
industries is preferred.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Interior Design, or a related field.
