We are seeking an experienced and highly communicative Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS / MD) to join our wellness center. The ideal candidate will possess deep clinical expertise along with exceptional patient counseling and communication skills. You will be responsible for diagnosing conditions, articulating long-term treatment pathways, ensuring high patient compliance, and retaining clients for structured panchakarma regimens.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Consultations: Diagnose conditions and prescribe accurate Ayurvedic treatments.
Patient Counseling & Retention: Educate patients on the value of complete wellness packages, ensuring high acceptance rates for long-term treatment plans.
Therapy Coordination: Successfully assess patient needs and recommend customized, multi-day therapeutic regimens.
Case Management: Build robust patient relationships to achieve excellent clinical outcomes and high word-of-mouth referrals.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: BAMS or MD in Ayurveda from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of active clinical practice (Experience in premium wellness centers or corporate clinics is preferred).
Registration: Active Central or State AYUSH council registration.
Core Competencies: Exceptional presentation skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proven track record of patient retention and treatment adherence.
