Senior / 4–7 years • Visakhapatnam, India (In office) Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM modeling/Revit MEP What you'll do: ● Model building elements from registered point cloud data to LOD 300–400 within your discipline. ● Act as sub-team lead for a small group of mid/junior modelers — review their work before QC submission. ● Ensure models meet accuracy tolerances against the point cloud and follow project standards/parameters. ● Support clash resolution and coordination with other disciplines. ● Flag point cloud data quality issues to the CDE Coordinator.
What we're looking for: ● Diploma/Bachelor's in a relevant engineering/architecture field. ● 4+ years of Revit modeling experience, including Scan-to-BIM from registered point clouds. ● Robust understanding of LOD 300–400 deliverable requirements. ● Ability to review and guide the work of junior modelers.
