We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Upsell products to increase sales revenue
Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising
Skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Proficiency in Hindi; fluency in English is a plus
Solid organisational skills
Effective time management abilities
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Basic maths skills for processing transactions
Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
