We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Retail Store Officer for our stores. The candidate should have prior experience in the optical retail industry and must possess strong communication and customer handling skills. The role involves assisting customers in frame and lens selection, handling basic eye testing coordination, and ensuring an excellent in-store customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Minimum 1 year of experience in eyeware/watches/ jewelary retail store
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with customer-centric approach
Basic knowledge of watch, jewelery and optical products preferred
Key Responsibilities
Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally
Guide customers in selecting suitable products
Explain product features, types, coatings, and offers
Coordinate with store team for order processing
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of products
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support
Handle billing coordination and basic store operations when required
Achieve individual and store sales targets
