Key Responsibilities:
Timely Delivery: Ensure that packages are delivered to the correct location within the promised time frame, adhering to the planned delivery schedules.
Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel costs, ensuring timely arrival at each destination.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers during deliveries, providing them with updates and ensuring they receive their orders in positive condition.
Package Handling: Safely load, unload, and handle packages to avoid damage, ensuring all items are delivered as entrusted.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns, including obtaining customer signatures or electronic proof of delivery.
Problem Solving: Address any delivery-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.





Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a delivery role or similar position. A minimum of 10th-grade education is required. Robust communication skills are essential for interacting with customers. The candidate should possess good physical fitness to manage the demands of loading and unloading packages. A valid driver’s license is necessary, along with a clean driving record. Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are crucial for success in this role.
