We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This part-time role is targeted at women with 0 to 6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify Current Business Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to find potential clients and industries that can benefit from our services.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Engage with existing and potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings to foster strong relationships and understand their needs.
Assist in Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the team to create compelling business proposals that effectively communicate our offerings and value.
Support Sales Strategies: Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market presence.
Conduct Market Research: Gather data on competitors and market conditions to provide insights that aid strategic decision-making.
Report on Progress:



Keep track of business development activities and prepare regular reports to help gauge effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Expectations:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients confidently.
Solid analytical skills for market research and understanding customer needs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace while also being self-motivated.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and determination to drive results.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles is an advantage, but not essential.
Must be willing to work from the office in Mumbai on a part-time basis.
