The Sales
Manager will be responsible for driving sales of pipes and related products to the B2B sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in the pipes industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue for pipes and related products
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors
Identify current business prospects and market trends
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitive landscape
Provide technical support and expertise to clients
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company and generate leads
Build and manage a high-performing sales team
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of pipes and related products to the construction and infrastructure sectors
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in the pipes industry
Strong technical knowledge of pipes and related products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with clients
Self-motivated and results-driven
Experience in managing a sales team is preferred
Willingness to travel as needed
