Job Summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sr.HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support various HR functions. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, MIS reporting, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using advanced Microsoft Excel.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Coordinate attendance, leave records, and HR data management.
Resolve employee queries and coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement activities and performance management processes.
Coordinate with payroll and statutory compliance teams as required.
Assist in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements.





Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
