Job Title: Supply Chain Manager – RefrigeratorIndustry: Home Appliances / Consumer Durables / ManufacturingJob Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations for refrigerator products, including material planning, procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehousing, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end supply chain activities for refrigerator manufacturing
Plan and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, R&D;, Quality, and Logistics teams
Manage demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling
Optimize inventory levels and reduce material shortages and excess stock
Develop and manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance
Ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations
Monitor supply chain KPIs, costs, and delivery performance
Identify supply risks and implement corrective actions
Prepare MIS reports, inventory analysis, and supply chain performance reports

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Material Planning




Expertise in procurement, inventory control, production planning, and logistics
Knowledge of refrigerator components and BOM management
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in SAP/ERP and Advanced MS Excel
Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Qualification & Experience:
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or Industrial Engineering
MBA in Supply Chain / Operations is an added advantage
6–12 years of experience in supply chain or material management
Experience in home appliance manufacturing preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience in refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, or other home appliances
Knowledge of components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, sheet metal, plastics, motors, electrical components, and insulation materials
Experience with OEM/ODM manufacturing, supplier development, localization, and cost optimization

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month
