Position : Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Create and manage engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
Prepare and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
Write creative captions, social media copy, and campaign content.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry developments.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and overall social media presence.
Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Manage paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams, if required.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.




Experiment with current content formats and strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing.
Robust understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
