Key Responsibilities
Validate AI-driven conversational products for performance, accuracy, and reliability
Create, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases
Enhance and streamline QA processes and best practices
Identify areas for improvement in model accuracy and recommend solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence
Document detailed testing results and provide actionable feedback
Requirements
5+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles
Solid expertise in both manual and automation testing
Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured
Proficiency in API testing and programming (Java/Python)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven
Solid understanding of functional and non-functional testing concepts
Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL) and performance testing tools like JMeter is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
