Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer – Residential Projects

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising and managing civil construction activities for residential projects, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at the project site
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress, quality, and construction schedules
Review BOQs, quantities, measurements, and material requirements
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues
Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for timely material availability
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation
Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities

Skills Required:




Solid knowledge of residential construction and civil engineering
Positive understanding of RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural works
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and quantity measurement
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Qualification & Experience:
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
6–10 years of experience in residential construction
Experience in a senior/site engineering role preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience in apartments, high-rise buildings, villas, townships, or gated communities
Exposure to RCC structure, finishing works, quality control, billing, contractor management, and project execution

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
