We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to support our digital presence by creating and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in digital marketing, branding, and social media strategy. The Executive will assist with content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and supporting online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation a. Assist in creating social media posts, captions, and basic graphics b. Develop engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)

c. Research trending topics and hashtags relevant to our audience
Social Media Management a. Schedule and publish posts using social media tools b. Maintain a consistent posting calendar c. Monitor comments and messages and flag significant interactions
Engagement & Community Support a. Track engagement (likes, comments, shares)

b. Assist in responding to comments and messages c. Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement
Analytics & Reporting a. Track post-performance b. Prepare straightforward weekly reports on engagement and reach c. Suggest improvements based on analytics
Campaign Support a.



Assist with digital campaigns and announcements b. Support promotional initiatives and brand awareness efforts
Skills & Qualifications Required a. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media / Journalism, or Digital Marketing b. Solid written English communication skills c. Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms d. Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, and audience engagement e. Organized and able to follow a posting schedule
Preferred a. Experience using tools such as Canva, Buffer / Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite b. Basic graphic design ability c. Understanding of social media trends

Compensation a. Internship stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
