We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Associate to manage day-to-day store operations in an electronics retail workplace. The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in electronics retail, store operations, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting suitable electronic products based on their requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and offers.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
Maintain proper product displays, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
Receive, verify, and organize incoming electronic products.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Handle billing, POS operations, returns, exchanges, and warranty-related queries.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers, service teams, and management when required.
Prepare daily sales, inventory,



and store performance reports.

Requirements:
Education: Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA, or any relevant discipline. Diploma/Certificate in Retail Management or Electronics is an added advantage.
Experience: 3–7 years of experience in Electronics Retail, Consumer Durables, Store Operations, or Showroom Sales.
Positive knowledge of electronic products and consumer durables.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and MS Excel.
Positive communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
