Key Responsibilities
Training & Curriculum Delivery
Conduct engaging live (online/offline) training sessions on capital markets, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and trading strategies.
Demonstrate live market analysis and real-time execution using trading platforms and charting software (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader, ODIN).
Teach specialized topics including Futures & Options (F&O;), risk-reward management, position sizing, and trading psychology.
Break down complex financial concepts into easy-to-understand, practical modules for beginners and intermediate learners.
Content & Course Development
Assist in developing and updating study materials, presentations, practical assignments, and test assessments to reflect current market dynamics.
Create structured assignments and live market practice scenarios to test candidate proficiency.
Mentorship & Student Evaluation
Monitor student progress, evaluate practical work, and provide actionable feedback.
Address student queries, resolve doubts in real-time, and mentor candidates on building disciplined, risk-managed trading approaches.
Conduct periodic assessments and help students prepare for industry certifications (e.g., NISM / NCFM modules).
