Experience Required: 4–7 years in seafood processing/production operations

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage seafood production shift operations.
Ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and production teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor workforce efficiency, allocate tasks, and resolve operational issues.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and ensure timely output.
Train and guide staff on food safety and quality practices.
Handle audits, inspections, and corrective actions during the shift.
Drive continuous improvement in productivity and quality.

Qualification:
10th/+2/Degree/Diploma in Fisheries Science, Food Technology, or related discipline.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience. Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
