We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, stock movement, and documentation while ensuring proper storage and availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Issue materials against approved requests and maintain proper documentation.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
Monitor damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock and report the same.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the store.
Supervise store assistants/helpers and allocate daily tasks.
Maintain proper records in Tally/ERP/Excel as required.
Prepare regular inventory and stock reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management.
Good knowledge of stock handling and inventory control.
Proficiency in MS Excel and preferably Tally/ERP software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred
Experience in hardware, retail, trading, construction, or similar business setting.
Knowledge of stock reconciliation and inventory management.
Basic understanding of purchase and material management processes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
