Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Executive with 1 year of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring across technical and non-technical roles. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate data and update ATS regularly (Keka preferred)
Follow up with candidates for feedback and interview updates
Assist in offer roll-out and documentation process




Build and maintain talent pipelines for future requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
Solid English communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory
Basic understanding of IT and non-IT hiring
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of ATS (Keka preferred)
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
