About the Role

We are looking for a Store Manager who can take responsibility for the complete day-to-day functioning of our showroom. The Store Manager should be someone who is comfortable working with a team, handling customers and taking responsibility for store performance.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and support the team in handling difficult customer situations.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organised and ready for customers throughout the day.
Check product displays and make sure merchandise is properly arranged.
Monitor stock movement and report shortages, damages and stock-related issues
Ensure proper customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.
Lead, guide and motivate the sales team.
Allocate duties among team members and make sure work is completed properly.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in retail store management. Experience in fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail will be an advantage.
Minimum qualification is plus two
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lead and manage a sales team.
Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
