Position : Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies based on business requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, experience, and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
Manage multiple positions and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with stakeholders.
Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and other employment terms with candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a robust talent pool and talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Source Effectiveness, and Cost per Hire.
Work closely with HR and business teams for workforce planning and manpower requirements.
Manage relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals,



and other external hiring partners.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.
Mentor and manage recruiters/TA team members and monitor their performance.
Identify prospects to improve recruitment processes, reduce hiring timelines, and improve hiring quality.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Experience handling volume hiring as well as niche/senior-level hiring.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment targets.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team-management capabilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
