Responsibilities
Greet customers and explain LED TV features, specifications, brands, and pricing
Help customers choose the right TV based on their needs and budget
Handle billing, inventory, and stock management
Maintain store display
Manage day-to-day shop operations independently
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
Requirements
Positive communication and customer handling skills
Basic knowledge of LED TV specifications (resolution, screen size, smart features, brands)
Ability to manage store independently
Basic computer/billing software knowledge
