We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements by working closely with department managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, naukri, Indeed and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Negotiate salary, roll out offer letters, and manage candidate follow-ups until joining.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Handle bulk hiring as well as niche hiring across healthcare, sales, corporate, and support functions.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.




Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.

Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience hiring for multiple functions such as Nurses, Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance.

Skills Required
Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
Robust interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good knowledge of job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

Full-time | Work from Office

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
