What you ll do
Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates for all stock movements.
Issue materials to user departments in accordance with approved requisitions and operational requirements.
Ensure proper storage, labelling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain product quality and minimise wastage.
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory checks and assist in stock reconciliations.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance and operational departments to maintain optimum inventory levels.
Monitor stock availability and report slow-moving, expired or damaged items.
Ensure cleanliness, safety and organisation of all store areas while complying with company policies and audit requirements.
Support month-end inventory processes and prepare inventory-related reports as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Executive, Storekeeper or Inventory Executive within a hotel or hospitality environment.




High degree of professionalism with robust understanding of business acumen
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems
Good contacts with vendors and high negotiation skills
